安装和使用
请务必用自己的手机下载okta verify。用哪个手机扫二维码，就绑定在哪个设备上。
如果是iOS系统，可以直接在App Store里下载okta verify；如果是安卓系统，请下载下方的附件。
Installation and use
Be sure to download okta verify from your own mobile phone. Whichever phone you use to scan the QR code is bound to which device.
For iOS, you can download okta verify from the App Store. If it's Android, please download the attachment.
关于解除绑定

如果已经下载了APP，请不要卸载APP。
更换新手机前，要先在旧手机里先登录https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings解除绑定，然后再在新手机里重新绑定。
Okta如果绑定了别人的手机，不要让那个人在APP里删除自己的账号，否则就要给美肯发ticket解绑。正确的方法是进入https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings，解除绑定后，再重新绑定自己的手机。
如果不小心在自己手机上删除了APP，也可以尝试上述方法。如果仍是不行，请按以下链接给美肯OCIS发Ticket，自己无法发Ticket的，请让同学帮忙发Ticket。https://wku.kf5.com/hc/kb/article/1522324/
About unbinding
If Okta is bound to someone else's mobile phone, do not let that person delete the account in his mobile phone, or you will have to send the Ticket to Kean US OCIS for help.
The right method is to enter https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings. Then remove the binding, and at last bind to your own mobile phone.
The same method is if you accidentally delete your APP from your phone.

How do I enroll?
Enrolling your device in Okta only takes a few steps. Visit https://sso.kean.edu to begin the enrollment process, we suggest using a device other than your mobile phone as you will need to download the Okta verify app and scan a QR code during this process. You'll be greeted with a sign-in page and will need to enter your Kean username (Kean Google Email ID) and password.

Step 1: Download the Mobile App
After you have logged in, you will be prompted to set up your mobile device as your second authentication factor powered by Okta Verify.
You'll need to download and install the Okta Verify app to complete the installation.
Please Note
Okta Verify is compatible with iPhone, iPad (iOS 14+), and Android (Android 8.0+) platforms.
Please download Okat Verify through Apple Store for your iPhone.
Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to download Okat Verify for your Android iPhone.
Step 2: Log in to SSO
You will be presented with a QR code that you will need to scan in from your Okta Verify App.
Step 3 - Add Kean Account to Okta Verify
Open your Okta Verify app and go through the initial welcome screen, then select "Add Account".
Select "Organization"
Finally, scan the QR code
Step 4 - Giving Okta Access
If prompted, grant access to the Okta Verify app to use the camera
To ensure you receive notifications from the Okta Verify app select "Allow Notifications"
Please Note
The Okta Verify App can only be linked to one device at a time
Step 5 - Security images
After you've enrolled your device you will need to choose a security image on the enrollment webpage you began the process from. Click the security image you'd like to use and then select "Create My Account". You have now successfully set up your Okta account!
