Okta - Add or Remove MFA Options: Okta - Add or Remove MFA Options : Kean University

步骤 1: 手机下载 Okta Verify APP

Step 1: Download the Okta Verify App on mobile phone

• iOS系统：在App Store里搜索下载安装；

  • For iOS System: download from the App Store.

• 安卓系统：从手机的应用商店下载，或者点击文末的附件下载。

  • For Android System: Download from the pnones' App Store. Or cilck the attached document at the end to download.

• 华为鸿蒙系统：华为鸿蒙系统的手机，先下载“出境易”App，然后搜索下载“Okta Verify”。

  • For HarmonyOS: Download "出境易" App first. Then download Okta Verify in the "出境易" App.
    

步骤 2：电脑登录美肯SSO

Step 2: Log in to Kean SSO on laptop

• 登录美肯账号后，选择相应的会出现二维码。

• You will be presented with a QR code after signing in your Kean account.

步骤 3：绑定 Okta Verify

Step 3 : Bind Kean Account with Okta Verify App

• 打开Okta Verify App，点击“添加账户”，点击“组织”，然后扫描步骤二中出现的二维码。
  

• Open your Okta Verify App and go through the initial welcome screen, then select "Add Account". Select "Organization". Finally, scan the QR code.

注意：Okta Verify App只能在一个设备上使用。

Please Note: The Okta Verify App can only be linked to one device at a time.

注意事项

• 如果已经下载了APP，请不要删除账户，也不要卸载APP，否则将无法收到验证码。

  • If you have downloaded the APP, please do not delete the account or uninstall the APP, otherwise you will not receive the verification code.

• 更换新手机前，先在电脑上登录https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings解除绑定，然后重新绑定。

  • Before changing your mobile phone, you should unbind Okta Verify App first via https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings. Then rebind.               

• 如果因为各种原因导致最终无法收到验证码，可以发送邮件到ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn，说明账号情况，并提供以下信息：①美肯账号（无需密码）；②校园卡/学生证/毕业证的照片；③身份证的照片。

  收到邮件后IT老师会线上帮你重置Okta Verify账号。

  • If you cannot receive the verification code due to various reasons, you can send an email to ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn with the following information: ① Kean account username; ② Photo of your campus card/student ID card/Graduation certificate; ③ Photo of your ID card.

    After receiving the email, the IT staff can help reset your Okta Verify account online.
