How to Login WKU OA system

Note：

If you are on WKU campus. Just follow the instruction below to login OA system.

If you are out of WKU campus. Cisco VPN is needed beofre login OA system.

1 Go to WKU official website www.wku.edu.cn. Then click "My WKU".

Enter your WKU Email username and password.

Note:

Faculty can find WKU Email account in a paper which is provided by HR department.

Students' WKU Emai username is your Stu ID; Passwors is wku + the last 6 num of you identity card.

3  You will see the page below after login successful. Please click OA.

4 You are in the OA system.
