How to turn off “Private MAC Address” on your device

近期信息中心发现部分个人电脑和手机系统升级后，系统里自动增加了一个“私有MAC地址”选项，如果开启该选项在学校里上网，会影响你的网络连接和终端设备绑定，可能会出现“网络设备终端数超出限制”导致网络连接不正常。为了保证各位正常上网，请按照以下操作说明关闭“私有MAC地址”选项，如果有任何网络连接问题无法解决，请到教职工一站式服务中心处理。

Information Services Center found that some personal computers and phones have “private MAC address” option in setting, after system updated. If you enable this option to access the internet in campus, it will affect your network connection and device binding. In order to ensure that you can access the Internet normally, please disable “Private Mac Address” option, following the instructions below. If there is any question about network, please go to ONE-STOP SERVICE CENTER.

1 苹果手机 / Pad

   Iphone / Ipad

进入“设置” - “无线局域网” - 选择并连接网络 – 点击该SSID后面的选择项 – 关闭“私有地址”

Go to "Setting" - "WLAN" - "Select one SSID" - Enter this SSID setting - turn of "Private Address"

2 安卓系统

   Andriod 

进入“设置” – 选择并连接网络 – 进入该SSID设置 – 点击“MAC地址类型” – 选择使用"手机MAC地址"（不要选择随机MAC地址）

Go to "Setting" - "WLAN" - "Select one SSID" - Enter this SSID setting - "MAC address type" - Select "Randomized MAC"

3 Windown系统

   Windows system

右击网络连接，选择打开“网络和Internet设置”，选择WLAN，关闭随机硬件地址

Right click network connection - Select "Network and Internet setting" - WLAN - Turn off random MAC
