How to bind/unbind devices to your network account

Before binding, please check the MAC address of your device.

Step 1 步骤 1
Please make sure your device has already connected to campus WiFi. Then go to login.wku.edu.cn on the Browser.
连接校园网后,在浏览器中打开login.wku.edu.cn。
Step 2 步骤 2
Enter your network username and password. Then Click ’Log in‘.
输入上网账号的用户名和密码,然后点击“Log in”。
Step 3 步骤 3
Click “Add New”
点击“Add New”
Step 4 步骤 4
①Click “Send”, the SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone.
②Enter SMS code.
③Enter Device description.
④Click“OK”
①点击“Send”,短信验证码会发到你的手机号里。
②在上面那行输入短信验证码。
③输入设备的名称,例如laptop/phone/pad等。
④点击“OK”。
Step 5 Unbind device 步骤5 解除绑定
Click“x” and "confirm(确定)" to delete this device.
点击“×”,并且点击“确定”来解除此设备的绑定。
Notes:
When the user is not bound to a mobile phone Number, the buttons "Add New", "Change MobilePhone Number", and "ChangePassword" will not be displayed. Please send an email to ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn, providing your student ID and mobile phone number. And attach photo of your ID card and campus card. WKU IT will bind the phone number manually for you after confirming your identity.
Or you can go to GEH D2 IT-Helpdesk with your device. We will deal with it on-site.
注意:
当前用户没有绑定手机号码时,不会显示 “Add New“、”Change Mobile Phone Number”、“ChangePassword”按钮。接下去需要你发送邮件到ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn,并且提供你的学号和手机号码,并附上“身份证”、“校园卡”的照片。WKU IT将会在后台帮你手动绑定手机号。
