How to bind/unbind devices to your network account

上网账号绑定/解绑设备


Please see the instructions below to bind your devices to your network account. It is convenient for you to use Wifi on campus every day. You do not need to log in every day after you do the binding work.

请参阅下面的说明将你的设备与你的网络帐号绑定。在完成绑定工作后,你不需要每天登录,这样每天在校园里使用Wifi很方便。


Step 0:Preparations Before Device Binding

Before binding the device, please ensure that the random MAC address of your device has been turned off.

步骤 0:绑定设备前的主备工作

在绑定设备之前,请确保你的设备的随机Mac地址已经关闭

Step 1 :Please make sure your device has already connected to campus WiFi. Then go to https://login.wku.edu.cn:444 on the Browser.

步骤 1:连接校园网后,在浏览器中打开 https://login.wku.edu.cn:444


Step 2 :Enter your network username and password.  Then Click ’Log in‘.

步骤 2:输入上网账号的用户名和密码,然后点击“Log in”。

Step 3 :Click “Add New”

Step 4 

①Click “Send”, and the SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone. 

②Enter SMS code.

③Enter Device description.

④Click“OK”

步骤 4

 ①点击“Send”,短信验证码会发到你的手机号里。

 ②在上面那行输入短信验证码。

 ③输入设备的名称,例如laptop/phone/pad等。

 ④点击“OK”。

Step 5 Unbind device  

If your original device is lost or no longer in use, please unbind the device from the network account. The unbinding method is as follows: click "×" and then click "OK" to unbind the device.

步骤5 解除绑定        

如果你的原设备丢失或不使用了,请解原设备和网络账号的绑定。解除绑定方法如下:点击“×”,并且点击“确定”来解除此设备的绑定。

Notes: 

If a student's network account has not been bound to a mobile phone number in the system, after logging in to https://login.wku.edu.cn:444, the page will not display the "Add New", "Change Mobile Phone Number", and "Change Password" buttons, making it impossible to bind devices or modify the network account password. In case of the above situation, the problem can be solved through the following two methods:

  • Online Application: Please send an email to ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn, describing the issue in detail. Include your student ID, mobile phone number, and attach photos of your ID card and campus card. The WKU IT team will complete the binding of your network account to the mobile phone number in the background.

  • Offline Handling: Bring the relevant devices to the GEH D2 IT One-Stop Service Center, where staff will provide on-site assistance.

注意:

若学生的网络账号尚未在系统中绑定手机号码,登录https://login.wku.edu.cn:444后,页面将不会显示“Add New”、“Change Mobile Phone Number” 及 “Change Password” 按钮,导致无法进行设备绑定或密码修改操作。如遇上述情况,可通过以下两种方式解决:

  • 线上申请:请发送邮件至ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn,详细描述问题,并在邮件中注明学号、手机号码,同时附上身份证与校园卡照片。WKU IT 团队将在后台完成网络账号与手机号码的绑定操作。

  • 线下办理:携带相关设备前往GEH D2 IT 一站式服务中心,工作人员将提供现场协助。
